Shipping policy

All mainland UK orders (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles) are sent using DPD. This is to ensure that delivery times are met. We will provide you with the tracking details once the order has been shipped. At present we do not offer a less-premium service eg Royal Mail, due to unreliability.  

Shipping is £5.95 with free UK delivery on orders over £75.

Orders for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles are sent via Royal Mail first class signed-for post and cost £5.95. Please just checkout as normal.

For non-UK orders, customers are responsible for all import charges - customs, local sales taxes, and any administration charges etc. There may be a delay in your delivery until these charges are paid - unfortunately we are not able to advise on the specific costs, as they will vary from region to region, and on the types of products being delivered.

We will let you know when you order is ready to collect and then please check our shop opening hours before heading down.
