Shipping policy

We post anywhere in the UK, Monday to Friday. Sadly we can't ship abroad just yet.

How it gets to you

Standard (Royal Mail): £3.95, usually with you in 2 to 4 working days 

Express (DPD): £6.95, usually with you in 1 to 2 working days Spend over £75 and Express is on us 

Highlands, islands and the further-flung areas

Ordering to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isles of Scilly? We'll send it by DPD or Royal Mail, whichever reaches your postcode best. It might take a little longer, but it'll get there.

When we post

Order anything in stock before midday, Monday to Friday, and it leaves us the same day. Order after midday or at the weekend and it'll go out on the next working day. Delivery times start from the day we post.

Double-check your address Please make sure your delivery address is spot on before you check out. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we're happy to send it out again, but we'll need to charge postage a second time.

Bespoke bits

Our banners, cake toppers, place names and straws are made by hand in our Leigh-on-Sea studio, so give us an extra 48 hours to make yours before it's posted. Party creeping up on you? Email hello@otherletters.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.

Popping in?

If you're lucky enough to live near Leigh-on-Sea, choose collection at checkout and pick up from us at OTHERLETTERS, The Old Foundry, 66 High Street, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 2EP. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
